Withdrawal Process Instructions

1. First withdrawal after pan pin verification (pan pin generation takes upto 7 to 12 business days).
2. Make sure that your entered pan verification number is correct then only withdrawal is processed. It will be processed within 2 business days . Any server error or bank side error amount is return to the wallet within 3 business days.
3. Some times Withdrawal from our side takes 3 to 7 business for release amount. Bank side it will take upto 3 to 12 working days.
4. If any issue or bank server goes down it will take upto 21 days.
5. Any issues from the bank side after 21 days of withdrawal, it returns back to wallet.
